Thomas Angell, ASLA
Principal
Thomas Angell is a native of Savannah, Georgia and a graduate of the School of Environmental Design at the University of Georgia. In 1995, after seven years as a Landscape Architect in the firm of Robert Marvin & Associates, he founded Verdant Enterprises. He specializes in ecologically-sensitive environmental design, landscape architecture, and site planning.
Thomas is currently the Vice-President of the South Carolina Native Plant Society and Vice-President of the Downtown Walterboro Development Corporation. He was a founding member of the Walterboro Tree Protection Committee and has served on several architectural review boards in the area. He is also a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, the South Carolina Native Plant Society, the Lake and Watershed Association, the Exotic Plant Council, the Coastal Conservation League and the Nature Conservancy.
Thomas is an avid gardener and lectures frequently on the subject of native plants. He has been a featured speaker at the Georgia Southern Botanical Gardens, University of Georgia, the Cullowhee Native Plant Conference, and at numerous Garden Clubs and Master Gardener classes.

Olin H. Fralick, Jr.
Architectural & Engineering Consultant
Olin Fralick received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Forestry from Clemson University, and completed one year of graduate study in Entomology and Plant Pathology at Clemson University. With over fifty years experience as an architectural and engineering consultant, he is an incredible resource for our clients.
He served as an Architectural Designer for John H. Truluck, AIA for eleven years and for Robert Marvin & Associates for 13 years. Olin worked on major projects as a General Contractor for three years and has been an Architectural and Engineering Design consultant to a variety of firms for the past sixteen.
As Verdant Enterprises’ Senior Associate, Olin contributes an innovative gift and practiced approach to our architectural design and custom detailing. He oversees the preparation of construction documents and specifications, contract administration and construction observation for a wide range of projects.

Agustina Hein
Associate Landscape Architect
Agustina Hein is a top graduate from the Bachelors of Landscape Architecture program at the University of Georgia 2011. She was awarded the Neel Reid Scholarship and the ASLA Merit Award for excellence. She joined Verdant Enterprises in November 2011.
Agustina’s experiences have ranged from creating small design-build gardens to developing conceptual master plans for greenway parks in the Athens, Georgia area. To complement her degree, she has also taken courses in art history, ecology, foreign languages, and organic agriculture.
As a newcomer to the lowcountry, she combines her varied experiences with fresh observations of the local landscape to bring about creative design solutions. She hopes to enhance the personal experience of landscapes by highlighting their inherent beauty through thoughtful, quality design.
Nancy Sisk
Office Manager
Nancy Sisk is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Springfield School of Human Services. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services and Administration Services with a minor in Social Work from Springfield School in August 2010.
Nancy handles the day-to-day operations of the firm, keeping us on target and on time. In addition to her accounting and secretarial duties, she maintains our print and online media, and ensures that every document that leaves our office meets the firms’ commitment to high quality.
She has twenty-six years experience in Accounting and Office Management in a variety of different fields, and has been the friendly face of Verdant Enterprises since June of 2008.
