SITE DESIGN AND DOCUMENTATION

Following the inventory and analysis, the conceptual design process begins. Ideas aresketched and re-sketched, contemplated, critiqued and questioned using individual and peer review processes. A preliminary design is ultimately arrived at and a detailed cost estimate and preliminary plant list is created for the review and approval of the owner. Following approval, the final designs are created, including a master plan, a unit bid sheet, the necessary construction details and a planting plan. This package then goes out to bid to selected landscape contractors.
